Tuition and Fees 2013-2014

ANNUAL TUITION $9,100

FEES (non-refundable):

Registration Fee (paid by all students) $ 250

Technology Fee (paid by all students) $ 100

Activity Fee (paid by all students; includes yearbook, $ 100

school-wide field trips, and student activities)

Graduation Fee (Seniors only) $ 100

Application Fee (NEW students only, paid at time of application) $ 100

All new and returning students to Mount Rainier Lutheran High must pay Registration Fee ($250) by February 14th, This fee serves as guarantee of enrollment and reserves a place for the student.

Remaining fees are due by April 15th.

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS: All Payments are made through FACTS Tuition

Management. There is no cost for payments made with automatic debit (ACH). For payments made

with a coupon, there is a one time fee of $10 for annual/semester payments or a one time fee of $45

or monthly payments.

Plan A: Tuition & Fees paid by August 1 receive a $100 discount.

Plan B: Families may choose to pay tuition in ten (10) equal payments starting in August.

REFUNDS

Any tuition paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rated basis consistent with the monthly tuition payment plan. No refunds will be given on fees.

LATE REGISTRATION

Students registering during the First Quarter will pay 100% of the tuition.

Students registering during the Second Quarter will pay 75% of the tuition.

Students registering during the Third Quarter will pay 50% of the tuition.

Students registering during the Fourth Quarter will pay 25% of the tuition.

Students registering any time during the school year will be charged in full for all fees.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Mount Rainier Lutheran High School considers applications for need-based Tuition Assistance on a yearly basis. Decisions for Tuition Assistance are made only after a student has been accepted.

Applications for Tuition Assistance may be requested annually online through FACTS Tuition Aid at www.factstuitionaid.com, deadline for first round is February 14th.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS

If a family has more than one student attending Mount Rainier Lutheran High in a given school year, each additional student receives a 5% tuition discount.

Families may also qualify for one of the following:

Families with children enrolled at both CLS & MRLH receive a $250 discount or

9th Graders coming from Concordia Lutheran School receive a $250 discount.
