• Update Student Re-enrollment Form • Pay $100 re-enrollment fee • Pay half of registration fee. This serves as guarantee of enrollment and reserves a place for the student. • Submit Tuition Assistance form (if applicable). FACTS Grant and Aid forms are available both online and in the school office.

TO GAIN ADMISSION TO MRLH: • Submit Application for Admission with $100 application fee. • Submit Placement Examination form and schedule placement test date. • Schedule interview within one week of placement test. • Submit Reference Forms to third parties with return request of two weeks from date of receipt. • Submit authorization for release of school records (transcripts, standardized test scores, immunization records, medical records, and statement of progress and achievement for present grading period if still in progress). TO ENROLL STUDENT AFTER ACCEPTANCE: • Pay half of registration fee upon notification of acceptance. This serves as guarantee of enrollment and reserves a place for the student. • Complete Elective Selection Form. • Submit Tuition Assistance form (if applicable). FACTS Grant and aid forms are available both online and in the school office. |
