Computer 1

This course is designed to give students an understanding of basic computer operations and uses. Emphasis will be on how the computer can be used to solve problems at work, in education, and at home. Students will learn to use existing software instead of writing their own programs. This course includes units on word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and the Internet.

The class will consist mostly of in class work.  Homework will be posted here if it is assigned.
