The first step in equipping servant leaders is SHARING VALUES. Helping high school students increase their value for learning, others, family, community, self, and work sets the stage for the life of a servant. Mount Rainier Lutheran High (MRLH) works to share values by building relationships that are rooted in the love of Christian principles.  
 
The second part of equipping servant leaders is SHAPING LIVES. MRLH provides a workshop for living where students are known individually, given the opportunity to participate, and provided the support needed to experiment with important life skills. As a result, students receive the foundation to serve others while following their dreams.
